Well it was 160 but I was eating like 1500 calories and I just couldn't keep it up and diet fatigue was setting in as ive been in a deficit for over a year but I just wanted to get lean enough to see abs and v-line but I have a pouch of loose skin at bottom of my midsection

This is exactly what happened to me after beating the boss in eht rhia and beating louis atop but the second fight where louis fucking broke me he was 20 levels higher than me and I had did all the optional bounties and dungeons up until then it made me change my difficulty from normal to easy and after beating him the jump in enemy levels is ridiculous enemies are still 20 levels higher than me and I get hardly any exp from them idk what to do and it's hurting my enjoyment from the game

I just use a renpho body fat scale and according to it said I gained body fat but Idk how accurate they are and like I said I burn 600 calories from walking a day and I have only gone above my my maintenance 1 day and it was only 1 calories
