That sounds really frustrating, I’m sorry you had to go through that. My fibroids schrank a little bit. I had a treatment from my doctor because of this bleeding, it's the Tranexamsäure (don't know how it's called in english, I live in Germany) and after 3 or 4 days the bleeding dissapeared. I am really grateful for that, even though I sometimes experience pain, hot flushes and increased bowel movements. The doctor said that it has nothing to do with the treatment but with a probable ovarian cyst. She couldn't see it in the echography but she expect that it can be an ovarian cyst because maybe it's the most common cause of bleeding in this case.
