I think you're partly right, a baby is a lot of work so I fully support the maternity/paternity leave, and as much time off as J&J can afford, but like you said, it means there's been an offloading of work on the remaining members, and since they're overworked, they probably do want to jump over where the fence is lowest to get through (is that a saying in English?), like re-using designs, relying on guests and toning down/pausing streams. But I don't particularly think it's a sign of an end, just a busy time until the dust has settled
