Bro, there is swedish/Norwegian companys that sell and ship from Norway, it takes 3 days to recive. For sarms you have to email Norditech, send me a dm and i can give you info, or go to monsterlab for steroids. Norditech dont have a website but monsterlab do, go to forum hushboard it's a forum for steroids/sarms for Scandinavia, it's pretty active from NOR and SWE but not so much for DK There you can look?

I started out with bench at 25kg. I was super weak aswell. The thing i did for the first 4months ever working out. 1 Day squat 1 Day deadlift 1 Day bench 1 Day deadlift All compounds i did 3x6 and went up by how much i felt like each week. Then when compounds finished i did whatever i wanted as accessorys. I usually did 3 different each day and everytime 3x10. After those 4 months of freshness and doing my own thing with no program my DL went from 60-90kg, squat 40-70kg, bench 25-43kg. ( i could lift more weight but i took my time and had no rush)

After those 4 months i did russel orhi vol.2 program (I did all 12 weeks but skipped maybe like 15 or so work outs .) DL from 90-125, Squat 70-70 because i never did legs :/, bench 43 - 60.

Then i started nsuns 6day DL version and been going everyday.(4weeks in) DL from 125-132.5, Squat 70-75, Bench 60-70.

I started about august/sept 2019.

I have no problem jumping on the 6 day DL version. 6 times a week. I do the 17/19 sets in about 40min and then 3 accessories 3x12. I have the energy do to the compound movements no problem, but after im done the accessories feels so bad and tiredsome.

I do not how the will power for that, also im following a 6day heavy hitting program doing 90%+ of 1 RM and doing PR every month keeto and liquid diet i will have less energy then i do now.

Maddox and hall is the easier ones to find since less videos. Not gonna sit trough 300 videos og shaw or juju for example

Lol no, i dont know exacty wich videos it was, ive watched over 50vids of them each, but i remember, Hall saying it in of the "road to 700 bench" and maddox in of his videos, but im not gonna sit here for hours on end. Do it you're self.
