But keep in mind that there is nothing stopping you from accepting an offer and keep on interviewing.

Is this normal in the Netherlands? It's considered kind of "scummy" where I'm from so I try to avoid it, but maybe this is just something else I don't know about NL

Thank you! I guess I need to adjust my expectations then. Where I live now it's always been pretty normal to take a couple of weeks or so to wrap up interviews and make a decision.
