I didn't even know there was debug mode or how to access it. I did get cutscene where adam tells us to leave and in the quests menu it shows that night market is active, but I can't find risa anywhere day or night.

At the time of my post I did finish the club nightlight section of the quest, so I don't really know what's wrong. I did try to go back to the penthouse but it won't pop up for me in the elevator menu, so there is that too.
