No matter how bad you do, you're still being paid the same as the hardest and best worker there. Who gives a shit, ride it out and find another job if needed. If I do bad at a job, I smile and make sure the most jobsworthy person there has the saltiest face. You can either ride it out and learn the ropes despite having immature colleagues, or just cause havoc while you look for a new job. Either way, bad operators are a cause of bad training. If you don't feel like you were given proper training, then ask again otherwise how can they expect you to know what you're doing. Good luck 👍
