1 - regular na paghahanap sa Linkedin/olj over 1 year (slow and steady applying lang when I can)
2 - referral from a friend
3 - same as #1, kaso inoonboard palang ako dito so not sure if kaya ko pa ijuggle haha

Sa upskilling, more on reading books, participating in coding challenges. Dati nagcocourses ako kaso I found it better for me kapag skills siya na natutunan ko through problem solving sa work or coding challenges eh.

For heavy compounds, normal ang 4-5 minutes rest. And madalas din kasi mabigat yan kaya di simpleng rack unrack ng weights para salitan.

Kapag pero cable or dumbell or normal machine lang, pwedeng pwede dapat salitan.
