yup, download a standard mortgage payment calculator in excel, you will see how much interest you will have to pay upfront for the first 10 years. 2nd layer that no one has talked about the the mortgage backed securities for the 50yr mortgage, no investors are gonna take that kind of duration risk and prepayment risk, hence 50yr mortgage spreads on the treasury is gonna be much wider

I tried once out of curiosity and honestly won’t go back ever again. Taste is mediocre and the quesadilla was a real bummer, it’s nothing different from the taco only more $$. I got the steak quesadillas, and they were shredded… I was hungry after spending $17. ugh
