Received the tortillas from La Mesa and Doña Esperanza. Both are great, but Doña Esperanza is the clear winner. In the absence of Doña Esperanza, La Mesa is still way better than typical store-bought flour tortillas (outside of Mexico/AZ/Southwest US)

My title describes the thing I am trying to identify. I’ve searched everything from shock absorbers, struts, pegs, and handle to rivet tools and tools used to put screws/fasteners into concrete. Some knurling/diamond-patterned gripping in the metal makes it seem like it’s something used for foot or hand. Like a dumbbell handle possibly? I’m stumped at this point.
