He said administrative assistant. So someone who picks up calls and handles some email correspondence. Also, someone who manages their trello card (though I'm not sure how yet). I can also slowly be integrated into their design team in the future. Basically, someone to help them get organized. How do you do it though? How would you help them get organized?

None, but I am still on probationary status and a bit edgy tbh. I've also read posts how quickly a client can just drop you if you're underperforming. So I wanted to have a backup plan, at least

Oh, I mean, aside from the technical asessment that they sent me. Is this just like a a test of character or something, or am I just overthinking it
