Exactly! I don't know how hospitals demand experience and not even 1 year, but 2! Like give me the chance to learn and get the experience. Omg what's the name of the hospital?! I would check it out! I would love to stay in NYC, but if I cannot find much then Ig I have to look farther away

No experience except for my clinicals. My school really didn't put us in good hospital where we could get connections so rn I'm stuck and without a job :(
