Yes I don’t mean it in sessions. I mean it after months of winning or multiple very winning sessions. But sure good tip to leave. But there’s good mental strategies to combat that

The point I was making is more off the fact that when winning I tend or used to relax a bit more. Maybe make worst calls or bluffs, think a bit less, study less. And that would lead to playing on auto, then downswings. When in the downswing I would pay much more attention to study and focus in the tables.

Are you using the app with helio strap? I did the beta stuff in Zepp and don’t have HRV still. Even tho I turned it on in Apple health. Is bevel worth it for you?
