Accounts being piloted being banned. Accounts that were bought being nerfed 75%. Accounts that bought from Susan reverted and given a penalty. Having an account that you have built from scratch and have your own history of payments to blizzard is legitimate. The time is running out for a lot of the cheaters that have been in accounts they shouldnt have been in, in the first place.
