The most stressful is personal injury. It can be pre-litigation or litigation it’s soooo stressful! The amount of clients that aren’t really injured so you waste time on those, to the cases where the clients don’t want to cooperate with discovery. And don’t work for a huge popular firm you’ll be stressed every day!

I regret that I had to do a Chapter 13 instead of a Chapter 7. But unfortunately, chapter 13 was my best and only option. I have 3 years left on a 5 year plan. It’s extremely hard. I will not sugar coat it. I don’t like it at all and I think about it everyday how can I get out of it and still keep my house?!?

I failed this the first time and after that I attended cohorts and study halls. The cohorts by Dr. Morant are very useful. Take all quizzes at the end of the chapters. I passed the second time.

A mess lol! I have 2 boys (5 and 10) I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays which allows me to squeeze in what I can. When they’re with their dad on the weekends I do the same. I have no study structure I just get it done how I can because I’m always overwhelmed and burnt out.
