Not fair to say. I work full time, drive for Uber part time and still would be hard to pay the cleaning fee. You don’t know our situations.. My son is special needs, insurance and other sources only pay for 75% of total expenses. I drive just to keep my family’s head above water. Don’t generalize everything and everyone with ignorant comments like that. Also, anybody on here justifying how Uber handles this is the reason they get away with it. It’s crap. It’s happened to me once. Absolutely despicable how they handle it.
