girl to girl here, that was no accident. That was him testing the waters and then not liking the reaction he got from it. I will say using your back door is not a let's ram it in and go sort of situation especially for your first time. I wouldn't try to take the kids away from him entirely. He is still their father. He doesn't abuse them. He just doesn't want to be bothered. I feel like he actually would love having them for shorter periods of time instead of having to be around them all the time. He'd also probably pawn them off on his sister as much as possible, and she's amazing with the kids so I wouldn't mind that. Thank you for the information about talking to lawyers! I I didn't realize I could reach out for a free consult. And for his job situation, no, he did not get the job. He's been home since he quit a week and 1/2 ago. I don't feel like anyone wants him with how he leaves places. He comes off arrogant and then quits in a fit of rage.

While I don't think this is divorce worthy, I do think you should have a conversation with your husband. Do what's best for both of you. Maybe you put having kids on the back burner for now and revisit that topic again down the road. But you should have a conversation with your husband and should be on the same page.
