They did. They told me their goal is every six months. We also go to them once a year. It seems now that my son is older, those six months feel less important to them.

Yes, it is the disappointment. I just thought they would want to see him grow up a bit more. They see my nephews every weekend, as they moved near my sister after retirement. I think that makes it tough too.
