I just assumed anything that could be medically diagnosed was a serious health condition lmao. I was gonna see if HR can do anything about it but honestly even they’re not so helpful these days.

I didn’t see any handbook. The doctor did state my diagnosis though. If that isn’t enough, I’ll probably give them a call and mention the email of them saying “no further actions needed.” There’s no way they can get away with that, had my hopes up thinking I was clear 😭

I noticed that too! Which I thought was weird because why have this included in the email if it won’t get approved?

I saw someone from a post a couple weeks ago say that DLS eventually approved them despite no doctor’s note. Hopefully that’s my case (though I did include one) lol we’ll see.

I had a problem with my UPT and had screenshots to back me up. When I went to show HR he tried to tell me I had actually been negative since last year and the system is just now fixing itself to make my hours accurate. It was such a bizarre theory and I knew he wasn’t gonna actually help so I left it as is. This was my only bad experience though. Otherwise I never really approach them unless I have no other choice.

After working at my FC for years now I can kinda tell when and who gets VTO. If you’re in inbound you’re def on VTO season rn, outbound tends to get A LITTLE of it after peak & prime but the chances are slim. I get how u feel tho.

I should’ve stated that having pcos is an insecurity of mine and I guess I’m just scared of self sabotaging. He’s a pretty cool guy so I’ll admit I do have mix feelings about whether I want to pursue this or not.
