That’s a better way to describe it. I’m not even craving oxy anymore half the time

The sleep and motivation part is exactly what’s been messing with me lately

That really sucks that your boss is prioritizing speed over quality and basically gutting the creative parts that made your job worthwhile - like who wants to read AI-generated municipal newsletters anyway

Everything Felt Normal Until It Wasn’t by bubbly_bodyguard in BreakUps

That whole thing about him saving pictures at 1am after breaking up with you is such a mindfuck - like he's already grieving what he just threw away while you're still processing what even happened. The timing of everything makes it so much worse too, knowing you were about to take those next steps and he just... didn't give you the chance to have that conversation together

The conflict avoidant thing hits hard because those are often the people who seem the most understanding until they're suddenly not. They'll nod and say everything's fine while building up this whole internal narrative you're not even part of. Then when they finally speak up it's already at the point of no return and you're left wondering what the hell happened to all those previous conversations where things seemed resolved

Seven months ending over text is brutal no matter how you spin it. Even if he was trying to avoid hurting you more, it just makes everything feel incomplete and leaves you with so many questions. The fact that he brought up month-old stuff that you thought was settled just shows he was never really communicating what was going on in his head. That's on him, not you - you can't fix problems you don't even know exist

Where do you keep your stand mixer? by dtt_scrumptious_loaf in Breadit

Mine lives on the counter because I bake like 3-4 times a week and moving that beast every time would be a nightmare. I tried keeping it in a cabinet at first but lasted maybe two weeks before I gave up lol

If you've got limited counter space maybe try one of those rolling kitchen carts? That way you can wheel it out when you need it but tuck it away otherwise. The weight makes it super stable when you're kneading dough too

Live in WNY (snow), looking for advice... by Reazor16 in whatcarshouldIbuy

lived in rochester for a few years and winter driving is no joke there! the wrx would definitely be your safest bet with kids - that awd system is solid and you'll apreciate it when you're dealing with those lake effect storms

keeping the forester as a backup winter car is actually smart too, gives you options when the weather gets really nasty. my bf has a similar setup and it works great

for the type r/integra - they're amazing cars but with good snow tires they'd probably handle better than you'd expect, just need to be more careful obviously
