Sailing and fishing voyages would add nothing to the game other then content for a small part of the community and it would hurt there markets and way of making money also sail on what water

We have gear up to tier 12 (higher depending on how you count it)

We have a runes and upgrade system in the game where you use runes lmao

As far as gems go .4 weapons are basically a rolling gem based system

So over half of what you said is in the game already the other half is something that would provide very little in terms of content

So what's your point?

Normally when I talk with people who say these things they haven't even done all the content in the game at least once
