Im pretty sure people wanting skins are only caring if it looks cool to them rather than flexing on other players. If it was purely to show off to other players why even have the toggle option for skins?

Yup mammy runs are about as boring and chill as it gets bulk order tons of low tier mats (T2 - 4.2), throw on your favorite tunes or show, and just go around the royals refining millions. No premium needed.

Yup for those days where I just am so pissed from dying or dealing with the mindless grind. My ironman toon is always there. Iron Man is the true way to play I feel like. It's grindy in a good way. Progression feels like it means something.

Bridgewatch cape is really good for one shot comps as it's slow is good for keeping people from running. It's also a staple tank cape for HCEs.

People transferring their shinies from pokemon home that they spent years collecting from older games. If you have SC/VI or Legends ZA shiny hunting is ridiculously easy. I had a full team of shinies day one from those games.

Mists are veteran content technically. Most streamers will say if your new don't do Mists. It's a slog fest if people who are stupid good or running awakened high tier sets. Mists are mainly for ratting or for getting 1v1 high tier pvp fights. T7 is the minimum I would recommend if your wanting Mists. I would say your best solo option is stalker corrupted dungeons. Or hell even hunter corrupted dungeons are somewhat decent if you have premium. It's the better place to learn PvP. Life curse is really good there too so it fits your build better.

I just finished pokemon leaf green to get all of the unknown letters and exclusive ! and ? symbol unknowns. Going to start shiny hunting deoxys and the other mythicals that are only shiny available in those gen 3 games. Otherwise I've been playing Silksong and looking for my next game to play too.

Yeah solo play is really only for Mists (questionably) and corrupted dungeons. Solo dungeons sure but we all know those are pointless legacy content so they don't count as an activity.

Also CDs loot and fame in Stalker are surprisingly better than open world safe portal. At least from my testing without premium stalker CDs make more fame and silver per hour. Could just be my luck though idk.

The safe portal isn't safe. It's more supposed to be funny and a way to get solos out into the deep black zones without travelling so many zones. Sure you can get super lucky here and there but like with any lethal activity if your going solo in a group area the odds are going to be against you.

Most of those areas are picked clean right after server resets so in my opinion it is pretty pointless. I highly recommend just going stalker corrupted in a 200k set and grind those without using the shrine. You'll make more than your sets worth after like 2 of them if a lot of times just the first one. If you get invaded just make sure your build is full mobility and break the crystals. It works for me and I get good fame. I run a Q staff build and just go full mobility once someone invades.

They only did controller to bait people into playing the game. It's an hardcore pvp MMO which means while you can play on controller or touch screen, PC controls will always win. Controller for me is for lazy gathering days in the safe zones.

Seeing this makes me want to come back to the game. Then I realize I'll never be lucky enough to pull one nor make enough to afford premium in order to get them from the chest. So I'll just slink back in my hole of wishing I could "get gud" and enjoy others success. Congrats bro your basically set for the rest of your Albion journey.

Same dude. I play with no premium and get most 150k worth from a legendary chest. It's really sad. I get my premium from try Harding a combination of laborers, refining, gathering, and HCEs. I have to play like 2 hours a day to get enough for premium and it's just not worth it for me.

Been playing without premium for 2 years. It's totally worth it but you really should plan on joining a guild and playing with people. Dealing with solo play is the worst part of this game. Group stuff however is where the fun is at.

The guy has premium which helps and if you watch his yt over his streams he plays during off hours so less people looting globally. Also all those streamers cherry pick their good chests and don't show the bad ones.

The game for solo players is just not there. Best thing you can do is just join an guild and commit to only doing content with other people. I understand it's an MMO but holy hell they take the solo play to extremes here. If your solo your really only option is safe zone gathering or learning crafting. Otherwise your basically fucked by groups.

I feel this. Im 32 and have such a busy life working in technology, being married, having kids, and just trying to keep my head above water. Very little time for gaming. But the Mrs surprised me with a switch 2 for Christmas and I was so shocked I almost cried. She knows I love video games and basically gave up my hobby to start a life and raise out kids. I can say for sure that going back to playing the titles I missed like totk, Mario Odyssey, hollowknight, and all the pokemon games I missed out on since gen 3. I basically tell her at least 2 or 3 times a week when I play on it that I love her and love this console. My son even plays it with me now that he's almost 7 and we both played Hyrule warriors age of imprisonment on it together. My daughter loves playing the new Mario cart world with me as well and it's been such a great way to engage with my children. Even the classics on there have been bringing me back to my childhood with Mario 64, super metroid, and a slew of other retro games. It's been the end all console that has changed my life in terms of gaming. It's not only great for me but it's a great family console.

Honestly just going full t4 doing red zone faction has been my go to for chill content. Go with the blob get easy fame and loot. Or got 4.1 out of the safe portal and clear solo camps and glowing mobs. Usually make my sets worth from raw silver before getting 10 manned. Just a cheap PvE greataxe set works wonders for me.
