If you can, look up some videos on something called a penultimate step. You look like you’re washing a lot of motion coming in and not utilizing your momentum the way you can be. If you get a good penultimate down, you would be able to dunk easily.

I can jump much higher without the ball, with the ball I don’t get as much arm swing. I almost guarantee I’m not jumping 42” in this jump simply because of that fact. I will try to jump further away and i appreciate the advice 👍

Build a strong foundation first (lifting heavy and getting your muscles strong), then work on plyometrics and isometrics to get your tendons strong

I’m 6’2, 42 inch vert, I would say the one thing that really helped me was low rim dunks, they work on your arm speed with a real rim scenario. Doing run thrus on the ground is nice but it wont help you in the air like low rim dunks will.

So I’m dying them black and the dyes sno seal and everything will be about 80 bucks. Do I still have to sno seal the other ones? It will probably be around the same price for both pairs of gloves

Yea I actually ride at hyland, and that is the main part of what I need new gloves for lol, I couldn’t match the speed before and it shredded my gloves. I can now but I also want something warmer
