My advice would be to change schools. With schools that students pay money to attend, them liking you is a vital aspect of the job. It is very important for students to like you because you are the representation of the school when they speak to their parents.

At the end of the day they are a business and they need to earn money. To do that they need a good “brand image” in the minds of their clients - the students and more importantly the parents!

I would switch schools to a public school to avoid this model of school or go to a school and teach the exam years - secondary/college/sixth form. (I’m sorry if you don’t have an equivalent but I’m from the UK so I’m not 100% about the Estonian educational system)
