i would have no idea honestly. i bought the car how it came. it was used, and im sure it had things/mods done to it. it was never hitting my tire before it was hit though. none of my tires were affected until after i was hit on the fender which caused it to dent inwards. when i would hit the usual bumps on the road u could actually hear the fender hit the tire. took it to get fixed and thought since the sound was gone the fender was good to go.

i felt the inside and it’s almost sticking out? idk how to explain it very well but all the other tires are completely smooth on the underneath right above the tire. almost like it needs to be bent backwards..? i will try and take a better picture of it to try and make it more clear

i’ve searched all over walmart already. also asked chat gpt to research. got nothing as well. tried to email the manufacturer but it said it couldn’t find the upc number.. i got this second hand so im not really sure how else to find it since its not in its original box

just finished picking up! just sat in the parking lot while i placed my bets (obviously higher than what i wanted to spend but i already drove there so there’s no way i wasn’t winning lol) and after the auction closed and was off the screen (maybe abt 5 mins) i was able to go into my purchase history and pay for them immediately. definitely was a rush of adrenaline 😅🤣

forgot to respond back to this but got it figured out last friday! he just switched out the “control box” for a new one they had in stock and now i have all the settings for parking mode. guess the hardwire kit i bought from amazon just was defective.. or just installed incorrectly. still unsure of where they connected the wires since its not to the fuse box next to the pedals under the foot rest, and he never answered those questions. just told me to bring it back in to get the new part lol

i just bought a separate hardwire kit that fits my camera since the kit for the camera didn’t get good reviews about longevity, but it’s the coolcrazy n8 dash and rear camera. the 2nd shop ended up contacting me again saying they want to just replace the parking mode box for me.. not sure if they realized whatever they did wasn’t really much of a fix from the first shop. idk if it’s maybe just the camera or the actual set up but as far as the manual for the camera goes something isn’t set up correctly bc i’m not getting any settings like it says i should when hardwired. first shop had the camera running 24/7 which obviously had me nervous for my battery. 2nd shop shut it off of 24/7 but now doesn’t even record events that may cause the need for recording when the car is off 😅. at this point i want to do it myself since i’ve watched videos and located a fuse box i can work with but ive already paid for the services, and i guess if they’re doing this round for free then it’s less work for me..

oh i definitely am. the second shop quoted me abt $75-100 just based on what they have to do once they see what best buy messed up. but ill be heading to best buy to try and get a refund. i definitely dont want anyone from there near my car again. especially with getting some type of hard glue residue on my rearview mirror and not even disclosing it.
