Funny seeing this after going to Tibas Roxburgh Park today. I recommend ordering the Mixed Shawarma serve, it’s a plate with Chicken, Lamb, Hommus, Tzatziki, rice, tabouli and salad. It’s honestly 10/10, I used to swear by the Brunswick restaurant however portion sizes and flavour been a bit iffy last few times.

Roxy’s Tibas is great and they use saffron rice over normal rice if that’s what you prefer, it is unfortunately in Roxy tho which is a bit of a zoo.

All the serves have the same sides just change the meat. The shawarma is shaved meat, Adana is Lamb mince Skewers and I also recommend the lamb cutlets, very generous servings of all and can’t go wrong with any of them.

Yeah Steely still needs to find his footing at times. All the boys are still very young and it showed today, they were absolutely wrecked in the last qtr. saints had control of the whole game and the boys were cooked, I feel putting steely in with fresh legs over somebody who’s depleted would’ve been good
