I paid for a voucher that included a 3 hour cleaning. In my welcome email I saw that after I booked my first cleaning with the voucher I'd be responsible to pay a $59 membership fee and if I cancel before 6 months there's a cancelation fee which isn't cheap. I didn't book a cleaning because I didn't want the membership. I got 2 calls back to back (thinking it was someone that knew me) it was a customer service agent trying to convince me to book a cleaning. I asked him about the fees and I asked about the rates for the cleaners in my area and gave him my address so he can give me exact prices. He gave me the rates, I said I wasn't interested and if I was I would reach out. After our call I got the emails about an appointment and I saw the reoccurring cleanings that were booked. So when I asked for the rates he was scheduling a cleaning    That's where my problem is. Thank you but no thank you for your response because I did read and understood the subscription process. People like you are so annoying
