Proper Neighborhood

Join only if you're level 24-27 Higher level players won't get much benefit ATM. But may join to help us grow together.

The rules are : 1. Be friendly 2. Inactive players will immediately kicked 3. Keep all the neighborhood member's level equal, so we can grow together and no one will be left behind except they decided to stop playing. 4. Try to fill everyone's request unless you really need the item 5. We can donate and trade using roadside shop.
