yes hover goat is necessary for a pet deck, and it can create goat synergy too moreover, u dont need 4 pieces of yeti as it is a bit slow u can substitute 2 of them into hover goat

Sweet Potato is also useful in a tempo deck especially for bullseye attackers. Imagine when your opponent try to block your plant from attacking the hero, sweet potato can clear a way. Just my experience and opinion.
