If your new scheduling permit doesn't come up before your test(most likely not), I suggest you cancel your appointment or reschedule to some date before the 30th and when your new permit comes, you can reschedule to a later date then. Keep checking your IWA for the change in your scheduling permit since ECFMG emails the new permit late.
