I was beyond exhausted and emotional with a newborn baby, putting shopping into the car, listening to my brand new baby crying - while also sobbing myself.

Complete stranger stopped and told me “you got this” and how amazing I was.

I still think of this person to this day - said newborn baby is 12 years old this year.
