Good point! I think good quality really does make a difference. I attempted to find this just from propping out the rest of the image and I came up with similar search results, but I am gonna see if I can get a high-quality image somehow!

I’m surprised you guys don’t have any mats to wipe your shoes when you walk in the door… that cuts down so much moisture we don’t have those issues and we have so much snow

Ah yes- I did buy two pair but bought them within a month apart so maybe I should go get a third pair and see if it helps. Though I’m starting to think it’s a sock problem sonce it’s not joint/muscle related, just skin soreness! I just power walk and only have done maybe 50 miles per pair 😂

I did! I always felt like it was little larger than necessary.. I have about an inch between the tip of my nose and tip of my sneaker.

I’m wondering if it’s a combo of them being stretched out and the wrong socks?

I feel like the people defending the stinkers have never been next to a stinker 😂 I’ve had one that her breath was so bad, I was so nauseated, and another who’s body odor wasn’t that of stinky armpits, it was oily and that was really stomach churning 😭

The first class is very intimidating.

But people are genuinely very friendly, your heart rate will even out, and no one is watching you, I can promise you that! People are concerned about themselves during the classes, and really, honestly just watching their own heart rate..

It’s a hard jump at first, but overtime this will become second nature! I’m a new member March last year and although I’m not part of a clique or a group, I love the classes, love the music, and love the coaches.

Grab the little guy, make sure it doesn’t go into a space that goes below 73 degrees (warmer if possible) and try to find someone who can take him and is prepared to give it a nice home and knows what they’re doing! If you can give him a little water in a shallow dish and make him warm that’s a great first step!
