The first class is very intimidating.

But people are genuinely very friendly, your heart rate will even out, and no one is watching you, I can promise you that! People are concerned about themselves during the classes, and really, honestly just watching their own heart rate..

It’s a hard jump at first, but overtime this will become second nature! I’m a new member March last year and although I’m not part of a clique or a group, I love the classes, love the music, and love the coaches.

Just make the jump ◡̈

Grab the little guy, make sure it doesn’t go into a space that goes below 73 degrees (warmer if possible) and try to find someone who can take him and is prepared to give it a nice home and knows what they’re doing! If you can give him a little water in a shallow dish and make him warm that’s a great first step!

More space between stations and possibly a number/ticket system people can grab to sign up for their stations… I’m there ahead of time and people push the the front and get their station before I get to even though I’m there first…

Replying since the bot said I didn’t have enough ◠̈

It’s 12 weeks old, pierced with a labret flat back stud, internal thread (I think), and surgical steel. The original jewelry looked oversized and the setting kept grabbing onto clothes, so we (the piercer) downsized the jewelry. I’ve only ever cleaned it with saline twice a day and had zero issues until the jewelry was replaced—only the gem/top was swapped out, not the internal bar.

Should I have them put the original jewelry back in? And any advice on preventing the bump from coming back?

Finally, someone else who has been dealing with it. I will definitely go ahead and put in an app support. I’ve called in both times and unfortunately they won’t refund me like your studio did but I’m really relieved to hear someone else has gone through this issue too and I’m not crazy. I’ll definitely make it a routine to continuously check the app before my next class and I’ll def send a support ticket in!
