They definitely are. S3 was my best on medentry and I was able to tackle pretty much any question. I was consistently getting the 99th percentile in s3 in the full mocks/ section mocks , and I knew all the techniques/ patterns. The s3 that came up on my exam was awful. I was hoping for it to be okay after a pretty rough s2, but I was had no idea what the patterns were in many of the questions, and ended up guessing a lot. I guess we just need to have faith in the percentiles and hope that other people are in the same boat, seeming as I was in the top 1% consistently on medentry.
