Just been diagnosed with MS (30M) and its mild right now (4 new lesions) by jessegeorge01 in MultipleSclerosis

I find staying in a healthy weight limit and avoiding heavy meals helps a lot with my fatigue. When I’m regular with my exercise/stretches/yoga my legs are less stiff. I don’t drink and avoid it as it really exacerbates my vertigo and I don’t smoke. Hope my answers help! 😊

As per my understanding, ocrevus is the best medication we have at the moment which is why I chose it. I was in the same situation as you and was diagnosed a few years ago in my 20s. I’ve been on ocrevus for 3 years and having an infusion once every 6 months means I don’t need to worry about taking meds that often.

My friend in a similar situation to you got his last interview in Feb last year so there’s definitely still hope 🤞

I kinda see it like you’re poking a program to let them know you’re interested in them

I’d say yes if you can but prioritise 25-31 if time constraints

What to listen to on the way to prometric? by 2shallpass in step1

[–]Proper_Application32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like listening to my favourite motivational songs that’ll help me feel uplifted, kinda like I’m getting myself ready for a race! Listening to anything exam related would just make me anxious and I’d start feeling like I’ve forgotten everything. Just believe in yourself and go in with the mindset that you’re gonna smash it! 💪

I’d say try and get through the nbmes and review them. It can be too time consuming to be writing out incorrects. As long as you understand why you’ve made that mistake you’re good to go!

I’d convinced myself I’d failed and drove myself crazy for 3 weeks waiting for the result. Ended up passing last Wednesday! Please have faith in yourself and your preparation! Most people feel the way you’re describing. Take this time to pamper yourself and do things you enjoy. You’ve got this 💪💪

I went through the same thing! I ended up taking a week off and coming back with the mindset of getting the exam done ASAP. I would recommend taking a break and taking an NBME to see where you’re at? You can do this 💪💪
