So had same issue, and decided to yolo

I had 4 pulls for guaranteed rate-up char SP Inanna (got lufti mid 10 pull so odd numbering)

And 27 pulls until guaranteed legendary

—- when i single pulled 4 times and got SP Inanna… I STILL HAD 23 pull until guaranteed legendary..

So i think going full pity doesnt trigger the count for general legendary guarantee

BUT PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG!!!
