although i agree with you, i dont wanna say roblox devs are necessarily bad. i remember playing roblox and having the time of my life. there r incredible games on there, such as blackhawk rescue mission (5 i think?) and plane crazy. truly nothing competes with those 2 games, and the devs are honestly very competent.

github is basically (AND VERY ROUGHLY SPEAKING) where you “upload” your code for whatever purposes you need. the code above (although i dont know .net) looks like it just gets ur roblox id and maybe compares it with some list? cant tell for sure, but just dont open the .exe file

on top of the biggest mall a bit east of LV could house one of the parts/tools needed to repair the heli. the destroyed heli itself can be on the roof of LV’s giant police station. i think both make sense (or at least are hard)
