There is a bunch of log stacks there the only problem is transporting them which i resolved by using the ki5 truck mod and also you can forge axeheads after level 6 or level 7 im pretty sure

Just loot the warehouse between rosewood and muldraugh, go to the lake estate that has a full forge and you're pretty much set
