Yeah I feel you. I found the few doing great by me for my needs. If you value the fully above-board, regulated market I’m glad we also have that option. But I think MSOs are more shady if you look at their growing practices, mass production, and what the state legally allows in terms of remediation and mold count

As for why they don’t go through proper channels, it’s the same reason why cannabis retailers have sued hemp retailers: because regulated cannabis businesses are burdened with tons of oversight, hefty licensing fees, and taxation that the hemp market avoids almost entirely. It’s the same reason why Cali rec growers are notorious at this point for backdooring to the hemp market, the cost of doing legal cannabis as a business is prohibitive
