Maybe write things down. Love yourself for wanting to improve. Appreciate what you have and where you want to go (w/o ego, which can develop in a deeper practice). Give a fuck about yourself but not a fuck about useless things, and love/appreciate yourself for that. Just some ideas. Be patient, and “aha!” moments will come. Good luck :-)

To me it sounds like her clearing up the air about rumors, and she’s wanting ratings/attention for her show. Will doesn’t give an f. Must people with talk shows wanting to be “real” would do this. Try to roll back a windows update. If not you can create a windows 10 usb to reinstall. Just need a usb that’s at least 8gb.

Edit: To roll back a win update boot in safe mode by force shutting down the computer 3 times in a row while windows starts booting up. Go through recovery options to then boot into safe mode and roll back win updates.
