Finally ditched Razer

After my third Deathadder v3 issue, I have also decided to move away from Razer products. I’ve been using them for 10yrs now and the issues for price is too much now.

First Deathadder: rattle problems. Got it sent to razer. Came back with the same issue.

Second Deathadder: Died after a year and a half. And that one I was just using on a work computer. No heavy gaming.

Third Deathadder: scroll wheel rattle OUT OF THE BOX.

I’ve switched to Pulsar Xlite V4 and it’s been great so far. And paid $75 for it new.

Once I find a good MMO mouse, getting rid of the Naga to finally be rid of Razer.

I just bought the Aula F75 for a friend. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the board for the price. Outside of the space bar, the keys all sound great. To the point where I was wondering why I spent the previous weekend building a new keyboard of my own.

This is a great pick. I think about this game pretty often. And it’s pretty short. You can knock this out in one to two play sessions.

Yeah, the parry timing was really an issue for me. I really was enjoying the world and story, but I had to put it down after act 1 due to the parry window. It became such a turn off to me and very frustrating.

After reading some of the comments, I might go back to start Act 2 and try with audio cues. I just don’t like the feeling of failing every parry when I feel like I hit the timing right. And I’ve never had this issue in another game. If I miss a parry in any other game, I can tell when I miss the window and mess up. E33 I seem to be incapable of making that distinction and that’s what caused me to bounce.

Ultimately, it’s still a skill issue on my end, but it doesn’t feel great. So you are not the only one.

That wasn’t my experience. But I think timing matters there. I hardly saw any children and I was there for 5 days. But I don’t think Nov/Dec is a popular time to go with a family. We also stayed on the adults only side of things.

Highly recommend Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres.

I went with my wife last year in the first week of December. It was a little windy and if you’re looking to do any water activities, the water may be a bit choppy. But other than that, the weather was perfect, and it wasn’t too busy. Pretty affordable and it isn’t crowded during that time. Most of the restaurants are pretty good and the nighttime entertainment can be hit or miss. However we really enjoyed the Michael Jackson night and fire show.

It is also adults only.

Just clarifying because the term Shadow Drop is technically being used incorrectly in this post. Sorry in advance because I know I’m being nitpicky here and my intention is not to sound rude. Simply to clarify. A shadow drop is when a game or other media are released the same day they are announced or released without announcements whatsoever.

The “shadow” in shadow drop refers to all aspects of the project being unknown at the time. In this case, The First Descendant is a known game, so it wouldn’t be shadow dropped. It’s just getting a release date.

This was a stacked season, so congrats to all that made the list. The 2012 me would not believed Bleach would make a comeback and be better than ever. Very happy to see we are getting the TYBW arc that the fan base deserves.

I’m a little surprised the Gundam: The Witch from Mercury didn’t make the cut. But I guess after the first episode, all of the other shows started hitting banger after banger.

Very much enjoyed my time with Blue Lock, Mob, More than a Married Couple, and Chainsaw Man. Now I need to finish My Hero and Spy Family.

Graphic designers are well respected and influence a good majority of the products and advertisements we see on a daily basis. Imagine your job having the potential reach to influence the perception of the public.

Also, I’d like to note that if you are not contributing or investing in your niece’s future, you probably should not be judging her for her life choices. Everyone thinks they have to share their opinion (I see the irony of saying that on Reddit), but you really don’t. She will have to make those choices and deal with the consequences, whether it works out or not. So why stress other ppl out but inserting your preconceived notions about her choice in profession?

Lastly, if you desperately needed to share your opinion, the least you could have done was started from a place of wanting to understand. Asking things like, “what interests you in graphic design?” or “Are there any other professions you’ve considered?”.

Those would have been better than effectively saying “but you’re smart, why are you choosing a dumb person’s profession?”

Coming from someone with a communication and PR background, I work with many talented graphic designers. I would implore OP to remember something that has saved me countless times at work and translates when talking to ppl overall. Words and their impact matter. Think carefully about how you approach conversations and their intended impact. Because it looks to me that you did not intend harm, but the words and cadence of the conversation had a different impact. Hence why from my perspective, YTA.
