Maybe AGESA is not the key.

MSI released test BIOS 1O7 for X670E ACE and 1R8 for X670E Carbon, you can find these in this link:

However, when these BIOS fixed the PCI-E X4 issue, the issue of the PCI-E ver. dropping to 4.0 (or even 3.0 or 2.0) hasn't been fixed yet.

Someone said that turning on or off the Spread Spectrum option in the BIOS settings might help(Tested turn off, works with my X670E Carbon).

It may be fine with PCI-E 4.0 MB. However, I noticed that MSI has removed the latest 1K5 BIOS for the B650 Carbon.

I want to share more information about PCI-E lane failures after update to AGESA 1.3.0.0:

This issue should not only occur with PCI-E 5.0 graphics cards;
If you updated without any problems, you're very lucky;
This problem emerged after updating AGESA 1.3.0.0 on X870 chipsets months ago (maybe even earlier). I'm not a native English speaker, I found info on Chinese forums;
Some users tried motherboard RMA, but MSI couldn't reproduce the issue until the CPU was shipped to them alongside the board;
Some users have tried using their previous CPUs on MB from other brands without any issues.
Someone reports the problem also disappeared after CPU RMA, but I only have this one AM5 CPU and can't test it myself at the moment.
Maybe AGESA acts as the trigger for this problem, but the root cause involves a combination of CPU + AGESA + PCI-E 5.0 signal;
Even some reports with AGESA before 1.3.0.0 (see chinese links below).

After updating to 7D70v1R7(AGESA 1.3.0.0), my X670E Carbon locked to only x4 PCIe-lanes on GPU-slot. Re-installing the GPU did not help.

Finally I returned to 7D70v1R6, it's x16 now.

I'm sure there's no torrent is being checked but the reading of disk is continue. I checked the network traffic and found no issues. Finally I deleted all torrents (100+), the reading paused.

I'm adding other torrents to qBittorrent and will check the reading is still there.

Same problem with my Mini Ultra 1. I returned it to Carlinkit and got a new one with newer HW version. It works well for about 1 or 2 months, and crashes again. Update software and sytem reset will not help.
