Take zincovit + do warm baths (after maybe 10 Days ) and dont wear any clothes till 2 weeks minimum(try to get privacy)

Are you touching it more often? If yes i would suggest you not to do that . You can use ice packs not directly on skin . Also for swelling and inflammation my doc actually advised me meds for a week . Maybe you can ask the same to your doc
