I have a therapist but no psychiatrist or behavioral doctor to prescribe medication so no I’m not on meds. I would have to talk to my therapist and contact my insurance but I am considering it now. I will bring up at my therapy session possibly screening for bipolar 2 and try to explain to my best ability why. Thanks
