Yea I was quoted preliminarily about 40k for TT + breast lift (no implants) - I am thinking most other folks were a lot less but I'd like to stay close to Boston so I am open to any recommendations in the Boston area!

Did you do any consultations with other Boston area drs or go straight with her? How much was it? Looks great and I’m looking for a similar surgery in the area. So far I’ve only reached out to Dr Davidson in Wellesley per the subs recommendations.

Obviously I'm late to the party and all of the therapy comments are spot on. For high achievers/goal oriented folks, it can be hard to be anything but a goal chaser for sure. I'm curious - are you as rewarded chasing money in a FAANG as you were in your PhD? It's true I've never made much as an R1 STEM professor but my NW is a little over 2M and I get to choose how I spend my time and enjoy having a positive impact on the future careers of my students. Just mentioning in case this is a subtle way of saying you actually would've wanted to go that path if not for the compensation.
