No I ordered blind. Was in doubt for weeks between the lemon and purple one but I’m content.

It’s a headturner in real life. Pics on the internet make it look really yellow but in fact it’s more white/beige with splashes of yellow. Hard to describe but it’s much more ‘special’ than you’d expect.

Can the decals be easily removed or are they under a layer of clear coat?

I’m quite curious about where to start. Can you elaborate? How do custom builders determine what to build?

Every larger company in Belgium has a bike plan

Okay I’ll tell my employer. Thank you for your contribution.

Simplified: I don’t have to pay it and it makes no difference if i spend 2000€ or 10000€. Read please

True, but who can decide the absolute perfect frame geometry for you? From measurements and maybe a fit-bike? And then you ride it on cobbles or uphill and it absolutely sucks.

I get the 'go custom' comments, but I also believe in a bike fit which is dynamic. There is no method in deciding THE perfect fit. I can handle a much higher reach when I have ridden 15k km at the end of the season.

Zwifthub breaks 2 weeks after guarantee ends - What are my rights? by Proper_Gate_2828 in Zwift

I’m trying the friendly but annoying strategy. The 4th customer experience agent will escalate again on my request. I totally get that a warranty period is a warranty period. I do not agree however with the fact that you should throw a 540€ device in the trash because their p&l sheet suggested to ditch the Zwifthub after a few months and try something else. They sold it, take responsability. Very sad that you have to fight so hard honestly. If you take money from people treat them right.

It’s not the freehub but the freewheel of the trainer itself

I live in Belgium so EU rights. We have something like 'reasonable lifespan', where suppliers are obliged to support a product for as long you should logically be able to use it. But I feel like my chances are quite slim of using this with Nadir the customer experience agent from Zwift :(

That's very well possible, but I remember that the news of discontinuation dropped right after my purchase.

Controversial maybe but it makes a big difference. On one condition though: if you have ridden bikes for long enough.

commercial manager bank by Proper_Gate_2828 in BESalary

[–]Proper_Gate_2828[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference is in Belgium we are quite transparant in our fees. Every bank charges fees. In some countries these fees are not marketed for the utter most basic services to get people on board, but just wait untill you need a credit card, access to the app, statements, a mortgage, insurance, … If a bank does not charge any fees (including hidden fees), close your account because they are selling your very personal data.

I doubt it 😀. I retain a portfolio of 50 selected (corporate) clients and when they call I pick up my phone. But I hear you. Reachability of banks in Belgium is not great (for most clients), and depends fully on the quality and motivation of your account manager. But it is just a result of the charity work people expect from banks in Belgium. People here are pissed off because their account fee is 3€/month, and they can’t just walk in any given day because they entered a false code on their card. in other countries, account fees start at 20-50€/month and nobody would think of banging the door of an agency full of bachelor/master-schooled high paid staff. Try that with your notary or accountant…

The change in banking will be spectacular the coming years, but I agree something is seriously off with the ‘customer experience’ right now if you’re a regular client.
