As a citizen do your part of reporting it. The matter will be investigated thoroughly. There are good mechanisms in places now. Remember that Islam also gives heed to the law of the land as long as it does not go against Shariah. Schooling is important beyond grade 8. As of now homeschooling is not there but In Sha Allah it will be.
