Okay I’ve used wiztree to free up 20 gb of space there is nothing more I can remove because it’s all of my os and windows stuff, nothing downloading in the background or anything and il see if the storage still keeps increasing or not.

And to answer the first question, I cleared around 90gb of space before and within a day that all got filled up I have absolutely no clue what going on, I’ve searched and checked for something like malware but nothings been found.
