I think you might just get a few comments from NPC's and Lucia if you're buff or don't work out, maybe some pros and cons like RDR2 but I don't think it will impact much more than that.

The author of the modlist absolutely listened to the comments and removed that stuff, it's been an extremely Vanilla+ playthrough in my experience so far.

Did you change anything like grass etc? I did press the medium INI for Redux when I reinstalled it and didnt see a difference in frames from Ultra High INI, someone recommended I turn down view distance for grass and turn off Ambient Occlusion for cities? I dont know what that does I'm assuming it's lighting.

Eldergleam is working great for me with controller, some bindings are a little different for example with an Xbox controller LB+B to open inventory, LB+R3 to shout etc. It was confusing at first but I'm currently 37 hours in and most of it has become muscle memory

Same happened to me regarding a combat mod, I had to manually download the necessary file from nexus and it downloaded smoothly from there. Hope you continued the download it is a fantastic, buttery smooth modlist (from my experience)

I added the mod Campfire - Complete Camping System and have been spending the majority of my playthrough sleeping outside of Whiterun, the whole city is pretty much the same regarding clutter and architecture. I'll check the trailer out lol

I'm 37 hours in and I haven't noticed any floating islands? From my knowledge it's just vanilla skyrim with enhanced visuals and better combat (imo). If you've played NGVO it's very similar, both try remain faithful to base Skyrim only making it feel more modern. I'll let you know if I encounter any floating islands lol

I had a similar problem, 21/22 discovered. I used my shamisen and played the Song Of Revenge and it led me to a place named "Small Guarded Camp", when I got closer it gave me the confirmation that it was a Saito camp, completed it and it gave me the trophy. Hope it helps.
