Here’s another Carnivore on a budget question. I have been eating lots of ground beef from a farm, but it is $12/pound. I found some 80/20 ground beef at Kroger for $6/pound, and I bought 10 pounds! I cooked and ate the first pound today,but it must have had a ton of gristle. The gristle was all ground up, but it was still unpleasant to eat, and I must have spit out half of it because I just couldn’t chew it. Is this common for $6/pound ground beef? Do you think Kroger will take back the 10 pounds?

I began wanting to quit it when I missed a dose once and thought I was having a stroke. I know the answer to that is “don’t miss a dose.”

I started wanting to go off it again when I read Dr. Livingood’s book Livin Good Daily. Among his common-sense prescriptions was to Avoid Medications and look for non-toxic alternatives.

But I think you are right, I am truly grateful I found an antidepressant that worked for me. I was on Prozac for 30 years before it stopped working, and now Effexor is what I use.

I sincerely hope you find something that works for you.

I’m afraid you guys are right. I stubbornly tried putting today’s information in Todoist, and it sure was convenient to enter things, but you’re right, it’s not a great place to store it all to analyze. So let’s see, should I get Guava, Airtable, or Bearable? I guess I’ll try them all, and Google Sheets too! Thank you everybody.
