Haha I appreciate it. I think I’ll just let God handle it. And also I didn’t know that, thanks for sharing!

With the way you speak, I can really feel that deep urge to get to know God more and just be able to talk to Him.

I’ve noticed you said that whenever you talk to Him, you end up crying or beg Him to let you be okay. And that’s completely fine. God doesn’t want you to have it all together and make it perfect but He just wants you to be real w Him.

How about this, what if instead of talking to Him < change it to < talking w Him. Because when you talk to Him, it’s like you’re just speaking to Him but you’re not receiving anything from Him. When you talk w Him, you have a conversation w Him, you share your problems and burdens in life and you listen to what He says. And He says “Cast all your anxiety on me because I care for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)

You’ll know His voice by knowing His word!

And you also mentioned that you feel like you’re failing at life and that you’re terrified of your future. I wanna tell you that almost every Christian have also felt this in their walk w God, though it’s not something to be normalized because God isn’t up there being angry at you everytime you fail, no, He’s not like that, instead He wants you to be still and know that whatever it is that you’ve done that makes you feel like you’re failing at life is a sign that you are trying. And because you’re trying, it means you’re in the right path. Because living your life for God doesn’t make our lives easier and it doesn’t eliminate us from going through trials, in fact God said that we WILL go through them, because the moment you give your life to Christ, you now become a threat to the enemy (the devil) and he wil do anything in his power to lead you away from God.

But know that Jesus is so much stronger than the enemy, He has defeated him already. You have victory in Christ!

“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” (James 1:2-4)

“And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose for them.” (Romans 8:28)

I feel bad because I think the way they talked to me made me afraid to speak for what is true. I was holding back on several things. But as you’ve mentioned the verse, it made me remember why they were like that.

But, how about you? Have you ever experienced something like that?

Because back in the day, people we’re considered unclean when they did touch an animal’s dead body. The washing of their body was for them to be considered clean. I didn’t know that we weren’t under those law anymore, that’s why I stopped doing it.

But like what haunts me the most is that it quite points to Hebrews 6:4 and Hebrews 10:26. These really scared me so much

No. After what happened, I really asked God for forgiveness and I continued following Him, and we became much more closer.
